Since our pieces are made to order, please allow 2-4 weeks for production. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
Do you accept custom size requests?
Yes, we specialize in bespoke dimensions. Please contact our workshop directly with your specific requirements, and we will provide a custom quote within 48 hours.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all standard stock items. Please note that custom-built furniture and personalized engravings are final sale unless they arrive damaged.
How should I care for my wooden products?
To maintain the wood's luster, avoid direct sunlight and extreme humidity. We recommend wiping with a damp cloth and reapplying a wood-safe wax or oil every 6 to 12 months.
